The Witchy One is a UK-based business offering tarot readings, distance Reiki and related spiritual products and services, run by Bronia.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading or Reiki session from us.

3. Our services - important information

Our readings and Reiki sessions are offered for guidance, insight, personal reflection and entertainment. Please read the following carefully:

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Any insights shared are for your consideration, and you remain responsible for your own choices and actions.

  • Our services are not a substitute for professional advice. They should never replace medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified professional advice.

  • If you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a suitably qualified professional. Distance Reiki is a complementary, relaxation-based practice; it is not a medical treatment, diagnosis or cure.

4. How readings work

  • Choose and pay for your service via the website.

  • We will email you to confirm and, where relevant, send you a link to draw your cards.

  • Once we have everything we need, we will prepare and deliver your reading by email, usually within 48hours.

  • Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam or junk folder.

5. Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and payment is taken at the time of booking through our secure payment provider.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and a valid email address. We cannot be held responsible for a reading not reaching you due to incorrect contact details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and the readings we provide, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on a reading or session, or for any indirect loss arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
