Refunds and Cancellation

We want you to be happy with your experience. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are possible, and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Our readings and Reiki sessions are personalised services, prepared individually for you.

1. Before your reading or session begins

If you change your mind before we have started preparing your reading or session, please contact us at contactthewitchyone@gmail.co.uk as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and refund your payment in full.

2. Once your reading or session has been delivered

Because our readings and Reiki sessions are personalised and prepared specifically for you, once the service has been delivered it cannot be refunded. By purchasing and providing your details, you agree that the service begins promptly and you understand that this affects your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. If something goes wrong

If your reading is not delivered, or you believe there has been a genuine error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will look into it and, where appropriate, re-send your reading or offer a refund.

4. How to contact us

Email contactthewitchyone@gmail.co.uk with your name, the service you purchased, and the date of purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
