Distance Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-off form of energy healing, and the beautiful thing is that distance is no barrier. You don't need to travel, book time off, or even leave the house. From wherever you are, you settle somewhere comfortable while I send healing energy to you at our agreed time. Most people find it deeply calming, a chance to switch off, quiet the noise, and come back to themselves.

A pre-session check-in - a short message to talk through what's on your mind and what you'd like the session to focus on, so the energy goes where you need it most.

Your dedicated Reiki session - at our agreed time, I send healing energy to you for a full 60 minutes while you relax in the comfort of your own space.

A written intuitive note afterwards - once the session is complete, I write up what I sensed while working with your energy, along with any guidance or messages that came through

"Energy Boost" Mini Session- £15
Short on time but in need of a lift? The Energy Boost is a focused 15-minute distance Reiki session, perfect for when you're feeling drained, frazzled, or just need to reset your day. At our agreed time, you pause wherever you are, take a breath, and let me send a concentrated burst of healing energy your way. It's the quickest way to clear the fog, steady yourself, and carry on feeling lighter. A little ritual of calm that fits into even the busiest day.
Distance Reiki for animals
Please contact me for prices if you'd like distance Reiki for an animal. Often booked by owners whose pet is unsettled - adjusting to a new home, coping with change, or simply in need of some calm. Reiki for animals is a gentle, relaxing complement to, never a replacement for, proper veterinary care.
